FAQs
Cold plasma is an ionized gas consisting of various charged particles. Some of these have a disinfecting effect. They have been shown to dry out the cell walls of native bacteria and enveloped viruses (such as SARS-CoV-2). Only ambient air and electricity are needed to generate cold plasma. The cold plasma is generated in our devices using a special and patented cold plasma source.
PLASMOCAR is completely maintenance-free and lasts approximately three years in continuous operation.
PLASMOCAR is supplied with the following components: plug-in power supply, plug for cigarette lighter, wall/table mount, mounting straps.
In this case, please contact us or our service partner (see operating instructions). We will immediately take care of a replacement device or a proper repair.
As soon as the device is on, the On/Off button lights up. The cold plasma itself is not noticeable and is distributed almost silently. If you hold your hand a few centimeters in front of the device, you can feel a minimal draft.
